» Your Master Coach is Internationally accomplished; Olympic or Ironman Champion coach; Extensive Age Group coaching experience; Multiple certifications. 15+ years of coaching experience. Degree in Kinesiology/Physiology.

» Unlimited biomechanical video available as needed.  

» Up to three, two-day visits with your coach (travel expenses additional).  
» Your Senior Coach National level coach; Coach of Elite and Age Group Champions; Extensive Age Group coaching experience; Multiple certifications. 10+ years of coaching experience.  Degree in Kinesiology/Physiology.

» Regular Lifesport field testing and recommendations for Lab Testing to determine markers for training parameter and fitness gains.

» Expert analysis of power meter files and specific powermeter zone indicated for training.

» Performance nutrition logging, analysis, and consultation. 

» Up to two, two-day visits with your coach (travel expenses additional).

» Incorporate strength and weights into your program.

» Incorporate cross-training and other athletic activities into your program. 

» Biomechanical video available once per month.

» Tactical and logistical strategy for all your races.

» Regular ongoing Annual Plan and Race Schedule Review from your Premier Plus Coach.

» Daily analysis of schedule and power and/or heart rate files (Monday - Friday).

» Up to twice monthly coach initiated / scheduled calls.

» Up to five coach-initiated emails each week.

» Unlimited athlete-initiated coaching communication (email / phone and Training Peaks online coaching tool).
 
» Your Expert Coach is a Top Regional Level Coach; LifeSport Educated and Mentored; Long track record of Age Group athlete successes.  5+ years of coaching experience. 

» More frequent  Lifesport field testing to determine markers for training parameter and fitness gains.

» Expert analysis of heart rate files and specific heart rate training zones assigned.

» Performance nutrition advice.

» Tactical and logistical strategy for season's primary goal races rather than solely by heart rate.

» Custom crafted training program

» Twice a year Annual Plan and Race Schedule Review from your Premier Coach. » Twice weekly analysis of you training schedule (Monday - Friday).

» One monthly coach initiated / scheduled call.

» Up to two coach-initiated emails each week
