      • Your coach builds your training zones and lays out your program using information from your Questionnaire, LifeSport Field Test, and                  ongoing personal interaction.


      • At regular intervals, your coach reviews your program, and adjusts your program accordingly to better monitor your progress and provide          guidance for optimal performance.
