You are invited to join us on the Big Island of Hawaii for the Lavacamp. The camp is not only limited to race participants - everyone can attend! The Lavacamp, as featured in Triathlete Magazine, will take place from March 29th- April 1st following the Lavaman Triathlon and is an exciting training and learning opportunities with LifeSport Coaching, the "Official Coaches of Ironman".
LifeSport would like to extend a special welcome to the new Coaching Director, Bjoern Ossenbrink! Bjoern has extensive international experience in coaching, sport science, and sports administration. He holds a Masters of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology and has a very successful track record with testing and training of amateur and professional athletes. He has had coached a number of triathlon, cycling, and swim club programs. He has served as a coach for various sport organizations around the world; and in Vancouver he has worked with the Vancouver Pacific Swim Club/UBC Dolphins.
